They do deserve 0 in 100 star. Worst real state I have ever deal with. They used all my bond to clean up and this and that, didnt even told me for 3 month about it. The property we clean up like heaven but the way they told us we left it like a hell. Never ever go with this real state. They use you and your money as much they can.

What a horrible experience from start to finish. Unprofessional and incompetent bullies. Do yourself a favor and avoid renting with them at all cost. Had to take them to the tribunal in the end (and we won!). Try Century 21 & Raine and Horne - much safer options.

Actually my rating is 0 out of 10 for rental property management as their property managers Michelle Hodder never replies to your emails requesting maintenance on the properties. Rebecca Harper never replies to your phone calls.My worst experience was to be charged $50 for cleaning upon leaving the premises in Bathurst for the removal of 2 flies in light shade in lounge room and laundry. I had the carper professionally cleaned which was not done when I moved in 2 years ago. The gutters of the premises are never cleaned and shrubs/trees surrounding the properties are never trimmed allowing clear pathway to premises. I will not recommend Elders Nicoll and Ireland for rentals or sales. Their customer service is ZERO.
